Arissa reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. All amendments will take effect immediately after they are made to this site. Every time you sign up/sign in for our services or products, please check the Terms and Conditions to remain informed of any changes.
Online Account:
As a registered user, you are required to login to www.arissa.co.in using your email id and a password of your choice. You will be solely responsible for keeping your password confidential and safe. Any order placed with your login ID will be considered an order placed by you and will be fulfilled accordingly.
Operating conditions:
www.arissa.co.in in its sole discretion reserves the right to suspend or cancel any of its services at any time without any prior notice. All outstanding orders will, however, be fulfilled or fully refunded. The owners of www.arissa.co.in reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time without providing any explanation. www.arissa.co.in will not be responsible for any damage caused to anyone by the use of its website.
Liability and Warranty:
Any damage resulting from the usage of the items supplied to members or the products purchased via "Arissa" will not be covered by www.arissa.co.in. If a delay or failure to execute an obligation under these Terms and Conditions is brought on by events outside of our reasonable control, we assume no responsibility for that delay or failure.
Intellectual property rights and copyrights:
Copyright and other intellectual property laws safeguard all of the information on the website. This website is independently created, maintained, and updated by www.arissa.co.in. The material of www.arissa.co.in may not be copied, modified, published, transferred, sold, reproduced, distributed, displayed, or used in any other way for commercial gain; if you do, appropriate legal action will be taken under the authority of The Courts.
Damaged Items:
Prior to sending the products to our clients, our staff conducts stringent quality inspections. However, after the goods has been dispatched, we have no responsibility over any transit-related defects. If a product from your purchase is damaged, we will, based on our stock, replace it with a different one that is either identical to the damaged product or comparable in kind. Kindly email us at connect@arissa.co.in to inform us about the damage along with its picture within 48 hours from the time you receive your order and we will explain you the next steps. We will not entertain any information about damage received after 48 hours from the time you received your order.
Missed Delivery:
Our logistics partners will attempt to deliver your shipment three times. Orders that are not collected at your end will be returned to us. We will re-ship the order for an extra ₹250. All Cash-on-Delivery orders that are returned to us will be re-shipped only when payment is received online, together with any extra shipping charges.
