  • Shipping Methods:

 We offer shipping services within India through reliable courier partners. The shipping method may vary based on the delivery address, product availability and other factors. We strive to provide the best shipping option for each order.
    • Delivery Timeframe:

    1.  We aim to process and ship orders within 4-5 business days of order confirmation, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
    2.  The estimated delivery time may vary depending on the delivery location. Please note that unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or public holidays, may cause delays.
    • Shipping Charges:

    1.  Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, dimensions and destination of the package. The shipping cost will be displayed at the time of checkout.
    2.  We may offer free shipping on selected products or on promotional offers. Such offers, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned on the website.
    • Order Tracking:

     Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.   
      • Delivery Attempts and Address:

      1.  It is important to provide accurate and complete shipping information, including the delivery address and contact details. Arissa will not be held responsible for any delays or undelivered packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
      2. Our logistics partners will attempt to deliver your shipment three times. Orders that are not collected at your end will be returned to us. We will  re-ship the order for an extra ₹300. All Cash-on-Delivery orders that are returned to us will be re-shipped only when payment is received online, together with any extra shipping charges.
      • Non-Delivery or Lost Packages:
       In the rare event that your package is not delivered within the estimated timeframe or is lost during transit, please contact our customer support team.
      1.  We will work closely with our courier partners to investigate the issue and provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund, based on the circumstances.
      • International Shipping

      At the moment, Arissa only delivers within India. We do not offer international shipping services.
