Return :
Thank you for shopping at Arissa. We appreciate your support. We understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be or the product doesn't fit your needs properly. No problem! Our customers are valued not only at the time of buying but also through the subsequent stages of Returns & Refunds. We offer a very simple 3 step return policy to our customers. A coupon code equivalent to the returned product value will be shared for your future purchase.
Below are the 3 steps for returning your Arissa purchases.
STEP 1: To start a return, you need to contact us within 10 days from the time you receive your product. To raise return request, kindly email us on connect@arissa.co.in along with the reason for return request keeping the subject line as order no. with order date. You will receive our confirmation for your return request approval within 24-48 hours.
If a product from your purchase is damaged, Kindly email us at connect@arissa.co.in to inform us about the damage along with its picture within 48 hours from the time you receive your order and we will explain you the next steps. We will not entertain any information about damage received after 48 hours from the time you received your order.
STEP 2: Once you receive our confirmation for your return request approval, you need to ship us the products you wish to return. Please ensure that the product is returned with its original packing, box (if any),bill and any other material that came along with the product. The returned product must be in unused condition as we cannot issue refund coupon code for products that show signs of use. The product(s) should be shipped back to us within 10 days from the day we approve your return request. The cost of shipping the product will be borne by the customer. Please share tracking details of the product once shipped.
STEP 3: Once we receive your package, upon quality check, we will calculate the applicable refund as per our refunds policy as a credit in the form of coupon code. The coupon code will be used single time only and cannot be applied again to any other order. The coupon code has no validity and can be used any time for your future purchases.
Refund:
Please note that we have a policy of No Refunds. You have the option to either Exchange a Product for another item or Return an item for Store Credit. To be eligible for Returns and Exchanges, your request must be submitted within 5 days of receiving your package. You can submit your request through email or WhatsApp.
If you discover a fault in our products, please notify us by email we will arrange for a pickup. However, if you are not satisfied with the product and would like to return it, you must ship it back to us in perfect condition. Once we receive the product, we will dispatch your replacement order or provide you with Store Credit. Please note that you must send the product back within a week and provide us with the tracking ID/ tracking slip.
The store credit or coupon code has no validity and can be used any time for your future purchases.
Cancellations:
If you would like to cancel your order before its been dispatched, please write to us on WhatsApp at +91-9867129620 or email us on connect@arissa.co.in with your order details. We will cancel the order without any extra fees.
